Tokour© is not Responsible for a legal matters or injuries if a customer is in any form of crash we are not responsable neither the kit breaking in any form except while in shipping we will offer a full refund.
For pre built kits:
All pre-built kits sold by TOKOUR are designed and intended for off-road use only. By purchasing any pre-built kit from TOKOUR, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Off-Road Use Only: These kits are specifically designed for off-road applications and are not intended for use on public roads or highways.

Legal Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the use of these kits. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and you must verify the legality of use in your area.

Limitation of Liability: TOKOUR is not responsible for any legal issues, fines, penalties, or consequences that may arise from the use, misuse, or installation of our pre-built kits. This includes but is not limited to violations of road traffic laws, vehicle registration requirements, or any other applicable regulations.

Warranty for Legal Compliance: TOKOUR Has a strict a 6 month warranty and free repairs for ekits that have been bought from tokour and tokour is not responsable for any circumstance where the bike ignite or malfunction.
