Tokour is not responsible for any from of breakage in the products we sell, Unless they are damaged in shipping which we will offer a full refund. But you must provide a photo evidinvce of the malfunction in the product. In the event that a customer would like a refund we do not offer that option unless there is a missing product in the bought item.
